  It's unfortunate that such a great practice in regard to its treatment of clients and patients would terminate an employee without notice or reason; that management would openly discuss not meeting payroll with employees as misdirected means to "motivate" them; or that employee nicknames that include profanity would not only be tolerated, but encouraged. Management needs to seriously reconsider their handling of the practice. *Edit: The owner's weak rebuttal only serves to validate my statement. If what I said was untrue, much more effective action could be taken in lieu of such a hollow online refute. Dr. Vargas should refrain from sending any further threatening email as I do not plan to remove my review.

  I cannot say enough good things about Orchid Springs Animal Hospital. When I got home this evening my dog was not doing good at all. I called because I noticed that they had late hours and they told me to bring Paco. He needed to have emergency surgery. He is home and doing great now. I will be bringing all 3 of my dogs there from now on. The professionalism is too notch from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave. I will be forever grateful to the doctors and the staff. They explained everything to me every step of the way. Understood my situation and made sure my dog had the best care possible. I would recommend them to anyone.
